Join in the Celebration!!! We will be having a Fire and letting off sky lanterns! Yes marshmallows, grams and chocolate are welcome!!!! We will have Hot chocolate and Tea to keep us warm and space will be available inside as well so do not worry about the cold!!! 

WHY DO WE CELEBRATE THE WINTER SOLSTICE?
Ah Winter, a time of cold depressing, gloomy weather where all the greenery seems dead and lifeless. We all ache to be hermits and fall victim to seasonal depression............well WE ARE TAKING BACK WINTER!!! The winter solstice was once celebrated as a time to go within and take time in our darkness. Descending into our own darkness is so necessary in order to find our LIGHT! This is why we are lighting off sky lanterns, to symbolize our inner light. True freedom comes from accepting with forgiveness and love for what we have been through and vanquishing the hold it has on us. Reaching deep into our inner cave and pulling out our radiant light.

******Winter dose not just have to be a time of depressing cold. Its an opportunity to snuggle up at home, read that book you have been wanting to read, binge watch that show you want to. what happened to all those hobbies you used to love? Bring um back!!! Spark up that light of creativity that has been hiding deep inside for too long. Let's find excitement and comfort in the fact we can spend time inside and just be, be whatever we need to be. The snow is a pain to drive in sometimes but WOW is it beautiful to see the world covered in the fluffy white snow. Celebrate the season not just the holidays
